Please email your requirements and photos of seals or rollers to info@theshowerseal.co.uk and we will respond quickly, however our full range is listed online so if you don’t see it on our site we don’t stock it. Please don’t send us samples in the post as these cannot be returned

2. Need to place an order? It’s easy, safe and secure to order online, however you can order any of the products shown on the site paying over the phone if you prefer.

3. Tracking queries? Did you check your email for the tracking link if applicable to the service purchased?

Delivery and Returns

Delivery Information

Shower Seal offers a range of delivery service depending on item size and delivery destination. Available services displayed at the checkout.

All orders placed up until 4.00pm are dispatched same working day

Delivery time depends on service (displayed at checkout)

With trackable services we will email you with updates as your delivery progresses

Returns and Refunds

Please check the order returned is definitely for us (Shower Seal Ltd and not a similar named business) if we receive items like this the warehouse will refuse delivery

Please do not send samples to the address below as it is an order fulfilment warehouse used by multiple companies and your sample may get misplaced.

Shower Seal Ltd are dedicated to your total satisfaction. In the unlikely event that you wish to return goods for exchange or credit card refund they must reach us within 14 days from the date you receive them and be in the condition in which they were sent. Goods returned outside this allocated time frame will not be replaced or refunded. Unless arriving damaged Shower Seal Ltd. are not liable for any return postage costs under DSR regulative. How do I return my item?

If wish to return an item because you no longer require it then it is your responsibilty to pay the return of the goods to us. Unfortunately we don't have a returns tarrif with our courier but we reccommend the services of Myhermes as they are great value for money and will collect the item from you. www.myhermes.co.uk

If your item is damaged or faulty please contact us as you are not responsible for arranging the return and we will take care of this.
